The Abolition of Man

“At the center of all religions is the idea of Karma. You know, what you put out comes back to you: an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, or in physics—in physical laws—every action is met by an equal or an opposite one. And yet, along comes this idea called Grace to upend all that. . . . Love interrupts, if you like, the consequences of your actions, which in my case is very good news indeed, because I've done a lot of stupid stuff."

i hate to admit it, but i have to agree. whatever happened to your plan to update about our awesome gun incident? the overall appreciation for my coolness on this campus is dropping, and something must be done soon.

"And I will too update. Sheesh give me a second!"

not to turn someone's words against them in any way, but... okay, that's EXACTLY what I'm doing.

Do you realize how much not updating hurts other people? Oh, we may look happy on the outside when our friends don't update, but we're dead inside. we're dead. and, I won't doubt your ability to handle the truth on this one - it's your fault. yours entirely.

hehe, okay, I kid. I hope you don't update. that means you have a real life. keep up your streak!

(am I giving conflicting messages? good! maybe I can sell a cypher to my soul eventually)

soul-cyphering? wow I need to use that again somewhere.

...

i think i lot posting on your blog comments more than my own blog. wanna trade? :-P

Hmm, I feel I get more love from fellow bloggers when I abstain. This is very interesting.

Mel, never fear, as soon as I can retrieve that awesome blog I wrote two nights ago it's going up...you will be appreciated in your fullest magnitude (which is pretty dang magnanimous)

Thom, it's hard to break the straek since YOU'RE FINALLY IN CONTACT WITH MY NOW. This is difficult to deal with, when your friend talks to you only when you are NOT talking. Hey, does this mean you like me better when I don't talk?!
